I have no idea what is wrong with me ...I have totally lost my enthusiasm to do work...It has just snapped...I am pushing and pushing myself but it does not seem to work...all suggestions are welcome....
I should mention ...I am in a mood to sit at home and do some reading and studying....no...I am not allowed to stay home and do that...I am expected to finish work...but I have become extremely inefficient...help me snap out!!!

Sorry Aparna for what you are going through. You can overcome this by becoming aware of the problem, acknowledging it, and understanding that you can change the programming of your mind.
